
Falafels and tabbouleh salad (Home meal) Falafels made from a Hale n Hearty instant mix. These are really tasty and have a great texture but I like to add extra ingredients. This time I added lots of stock cupboard stuff: garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, a pinch of mixed spices, paprika, and lots of omega 3 seed mix for crunch. The instructions suggest you to fry these but I bake them until browned slightly and crusty. Tabbouleh - an easy combination of cooked bulgar wheat, red onion, tomato, chopped fresh parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. So fresh and delicious!
