Falafels and hummus are quite pedestrian fare for veggies these days, but these were nice. Not a stand out but deserving of some credit at least.

Falafels with barley cous cous, cucumber, tomato, lettuce and yoghurt dressing (Home meal)
Falafels were made using a random packet mix with added seeds etc. I preferred the appearance to the Hale & Hearty ones but not so sure about the flavour so probably won’t rebuy.
Yoghurt dressing was literally a few tbsp low fat yoghurt + lemon juice + s&p + garlic granules + a pinch of dried mint + water. All shook up.

Moroccan style vegetable tagine served in a roasted pumpkin. Also served with tofu falafels, tabbouleh, flatbread, tzatziki and Harissa (Manna, Primrose Hill)
Nice selection and lots of lovely veg. Falafels were a bit bland but otherwise this was a comforting, hearty main and a very popular that night from what I saw.

Hot falafel and halloumi wrap feat. grilled aubergine, fruity chutney, Harissa Creme fraiche, tomatoes and oregano (Pret a Manger, High Street Kensington)
1.5/5 - I found this really heinous. Too sweet, too soggy, and too many competing flavours. I just pulled out the halloumi and threw out the rest.
