Roasty little new potato cubes with a cheesy omelette on the side (Home meal)
I made up this method of cooking new potatoes and it worked a charm. Just cut them into tiny pieces. Heat some oil in a roasting dish in an oven preheated to 180 or so. Throw in the tater cubes and roast for about 10-15 mins after which give them a toss with some salt, pepper, garlic granules, herbes de Provence and whatever you want (paprika? Chili powder?). Roast another 10 mins or as long as your omelette takes to cook!
