4.5/5 - excellent on the go choice for vegetarians. Usually very fresh, always nutritious and a good portion size for lunch with a side (I took crisps but fruit/dessert/yoghurt would be a nice accompaniment too and healthier!). Lots of great flavours from the veggies with the extra kick from pine nuts and the protein boost from the cheese.
NB: apparently this won Best Sandwich award from The Vegetarian Society. I support that: I much prefer a fresh, robust wrap to one of those perennially soggy pre-packages sandwiches.
