I doused my tortellini with this vegan Parmesan powder. It is just flavoured gluten free flour really! But it tastes cheesy and thickens sauces nicely too. It makes for a lovely gooey risotto or adds a bit of zip atop pasta or potato. I can find this powder in most big supermarkets in the UK (Tesco and Sainsburys) and in Holland and Barratts.
